1. Services Offered

Concept Delta Designs provides automotive protection and customization services, including but not limited to:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF)

• Window Tint

• Custom Car Audio

• Ceramic Coating

• Leather Seating, Graphics, and Accessories

All services are offered based on availability, project scope, and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Proposals

Quotes and proposals are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Pricing may vary based on vehicle inspection, vehicle condition, or scope changes. A 50% deposit may be required for special orders or custom work.

3. Payments & Invoicing

We accept major credit cards, cash, or other approved payment methods. Invoices are issued via QuickBooks. Full payment is due at project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be non-refundable on custom orders or services already underway.

5. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. Manufacturer warranties apply to most materials (e.g., XPEL, B2 Audio), and workmanship warranties may be provided upon request.

Concept Delta Designs is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or third-party products

• Delays due to parts availability or uncontrollable circumstances
